Asos use internet marketing in a verious of different ways for example they advertise on facebook and twitter so that they can reach more customers that use the internet often, also on their website they dont just show you cloths via pictures they also show you videos of girls wearing the item and walking down the catwalk so you can really see how it looks and fits, this way the customers are more intrigued to buy the product.

5) People - People refer to the customers, employees, management and everybody else involved in it. It is essential for everyone to realize that the reputation of the brand is in the hands of all these people that are involved in someway.
6) Process - this is the methods and process of providing a service and is hence essential to have a thorough knowledge on whether the services are helpful to the customers and work well.
7) Physical Evidence - the physical sourrounding for example the lighting, displays, how they are set up to attract the customers.
